High Availability and File Sharing
In its initial release, Serv-U file sharing does not function in some Serv-U high-availability deployments, such as a load-balanced web farm of two or more Serv-U MFT Servers. Please contact tech support for specific deployment advice.

In order to continue to drive innovation and new functionality into our products, SolarWinds must transition customers from legacy versions of software to current versions. Please review the support schedule below:
August 20, 2013: End-of-Life (EoL) announcement– Customers on Serv-U v184.108.40.206 or older should begin transitioning to SolarWinds Serv-U v15.
November 20, 2013: End-of-Engineering (EoE) – Service releases, bug fixes, workaround, and service packs for Serv-U v220.127.116.11 or older will no longer actively be supported by SolarWinds.
November 20, 2014: End-of-Life– SolarWinds will no longer provide technical support for Serv-U v18.104.22.168 or older.
